Why CCC
Complete Component Concepts was founded in 2006 by component-plant and lumberyard veterans who kept watching the same three problems eat their friends' margin: takeoff errors, arch/eng conflicts caught too late, and sales teams selling on price because they couldn't defend a package. We built the consultancy to fix those three — and, nearly two decades later, the AI takeoff engine to scale the fix.
