Estimators read architectural plans for geometry and engineering plans for loads, then reconcile the two by hand. It's slow, error-prone, and where margin dies. We built an AI pipeline that reads both sets together and produces a cross-checked takeoff a human estimator only has to review, not build.

How it works

    Ingest

    Drop in the arch PDF and the engi PDF (or Revit / IFC). We extract sheets, schedules, and details.

    Cross-reference

    The engine reconciles wall types, headers, beams, and truss layouts against the engineered load paths.

  • 03

    Line items

    Output a clean BOM in your ERP's format — dimensional, EWP, sheathing, fasteners, hardware.

  • 04

    Human review

    Every takeoff is signed off by a CCC estimator before it hits your inbox.
